9r2 Adoption Request
• We are proud of the collective 9r2 effort
Customer input has driven both the point release concept and 90% of the features
• And since Ariba changed the Service Pack support policy
Ariba has effectively asked On-Premise customers to take 1 SP per year
• Additionally,
9r2 is expected to take slightly more time than a standard Service Pack to adopt
-> We are asking that your 2014 Service Pack is 9r2! <-

Talk about two companies at the top of their game!SAP with HANA, Mobile and 40 years of business software expertise…+SFSF: with their Cloud DNA, Enterprise scale, security, etc…These two powerhouses together will help our customers to accelerate business results and perform better.
Highlights- The previously committed approach for Ariba OnP of customer (i.e. OPCC) driven roadmap will continue. Not one bit of that intent has changed with SAP. If anything, we are now a part of a company that is fully invested in on-premise business- 9r2 development will continue as per plans- On the cloud side, strategy of developing cloud applications that work with on-premise products and can be easily adopted by the on-premise customers will continue. This is especially true for the Ariba Network that we see as playing an equal value role for both on premise and cloud solutions. Many examples - services procurement, APC, entire network roadmap etc.
