The client, a non-profit Christian organization helping to release children around the
world from poverty, is in the process of implementing Salesforce CRM for their system.
The client in the process a multi-stage Cloud based implementation aimed at reducing
cost and increase efficiency of operation across 28 countries. The Human Capital team is
involved in delivering Change Management and training materials to enable the staff
members across the globe with the new solution.
Role: Anindita is the Global program Training and Change Management Lead on the
project; and is in charge of implementing the Organizational change management and
training across the client’s field office.
Anindita is managing all client relationships from a training perspective and is the go-to
person for all matters training related.

The client, a multinational organization into video, voice and content collaboration and
communication technology, is in the process of implementing Oracle ERP for their system.
The client was in the process a multi-stage Oracle implementation aimed at normalizing
their systems worldwide, migrating from current PeopleSoft platform. The human capital
team was involved in developing training materials to train the users on their first two
phases of deployment.
Role: Anindita was the training lead on the project; and is in charge of the development
of about 200 hours of learning materials including 34 courses. She managed a 4 member
offshore team to meet the training requirements.
Anindita is managing all client relationships from a training perspective and is the go-to
person for all matters training related; Learning strategy, training development, and UPK.
She is also supporting the rollout and implementation of the Saba LMS for the future
training requirements.

Change Communication, Health Insurance Exchange (HIX) training
The client is a Health Benefit Exchange provider which allows easy comparison of
available insurance plan options based on participating providers, price, benefits and
services.
Role: This role involved teaming with client and project team resources to build out the
change communication strategy focusing on system upgrades with every release
identifying the bugs and defects along with the issue resolution. I had to liaison and
negotiate among various project stakeholders such as Production Support team, Testing
team, etc. to get the necessary data. This required extensive Off-shore-Onshore
collaboration, learning the HIX system, Testing as well as onboarding and training new
resources.

Research & Analytics
In the recent time, the US economy has witnessed a steep rise in the number of long-
term unemployed after recovery from recession. This has been primarily because of the
biases organizations have against long-term unemployed people. In January 2014, more
than 300 companies took the Best Practices for Recruiting and Hiring the Long-Term
Unemployed Pledge and agreed to reassess their hiring practices at President Obama’s
request, to make sure they are not biased against Americans who have been out of work
for more than six months. Deloitte offered to help the government with a tactical
solution.
Role: Worked as a part of the Research & Analytics team responsible for gathering
research materials for Organizations/Hiring Partners who has been hiring/assisting in
hiring Long-term unemployed and developing the Long-term unemployment
benchmarking report focusing on the hiring practices they have been following, best
practices followed in recruitment domain, the problem with identifying candidates with
right-fit against the Volume of Applications, Role of Pre-hire assessments, hiring
practices for long-term unemployed parents, etc. Helped in researching and analyzing
further details on the 300 organizations and identifying the Deloitte OCEO Clients in the
list. Also created a survey using the CSI approach in Survey Monkey to assess the
challenges and the successes faced with hiring long-term unemployed resources.

The client, an American manufacturing corporation providing medical devices used in
critical care and surgery, was undergoing a supply chain & distribution process change
upgrading some of their plants to SAP SCM.
Role: Worked as a part of the Organization Change Management team responsible for
delta training development and change communication for the process change within the
SCM module. Helped in creating the Change Management Plan identifying the areas of
change and what all trainings need to be rolled out for respective plants. Implemented a
Game Based training program which included a Game Board, Game cards, Facilitator

The client, an American bank holding company, wanted to reassess their current human
capital management system by implementing Workday HR for a pilot group.
Role: Developed templates for Job Aids, WD20 to 21 changes documentation creation,
sample ESS and MSS Job Aids, training the current team on the Workday 21 HCM
standards.

Workday Training
In order to deliver its human capital objectives, the client, a research-based
pharmaceuticals company, has undertaken a multi-year HR transformation program to
resolve their current Human Capital issues and to achieve their business goals and
objectives. The project has employed Deloitte to undertake this work by employing
relevant technologies to aid this transformation. Workday have been selected and
implemented for this purpose.
Role: Responsible for Super User Training development for the first phase of the
deployment across multiple countries and regions for the Hire to Retire (HTR) process in
Workday. She developed Job Aids, Quick Reference Cards, Navigation Guides, Train the
trainer documents for ESS and MSS in liaison with the functional team, testing the same
in Workday tenants and documenting the Workday 21 updates that would be required
post upgrade. She introduced the documentation and eRoom setup for the team which
was successfully implemented and leveraged upon while working with multiple
stakeholders and documents that needed translation to 5 different languages.

party firm to develop training
standards and materials for the US state department and delivered Web Based Trainings
for the changes in the state’s HIX after the Affordable Care Act implementation by Obama

Vendor Management as well as onboarding and training new resources.

The client is dedicated to providing high-quality engineering, procurement and
construction (EPC) services for the industrial manufacturing industry. The client assists
some of the most complex organizations in the world to face significant challenges in
today's changing industrial and process environment.
Deloitte Consulting is engaged to implement Oracle R12 application to help replace the
legacy systems in use at the client. The Deloitte Organization Transformation team is
engaged to help the client manage the change due to the implementation and provide
support with the end-user training.
Role: Training Developer
As a training developer, Anindita was involved in developing course outlines, ILTs, Job
Aids and WBTs for the HRMS and P2P module. She was also involved in extensive
recording, editing and updating the UPK simulations for HRMS module. This helped in
successful implementation of the Super User training for the Canadian implementation
and we were hired for the second phase in the US.

Change Analytics
The National Strategic Change Community of Practice hosted a challenge for advancing
our change analytics capabilities by developing the Change Management Dashboard into
a more robust tool.
Role: The challenge involved using the an analytical approach to assess and understand
the readiness for change that a California-based beverage manufacturer was facing due
to accelerated growth and identify the processes and technology platform that the
company needed to redefine to provide a common set of policies and procedures for its
business units across a number of global locations. To achieve this result the team was
asked to develop further the Governance aspect of the Change Management Dashboard.
Worked as a part of a 5 member team where we explored the Governance aspect of the
Change Management Dashboard by having multiple meeting with the stakeholders
(Deloitte Senior Manager & Partner) and presented our findings in form of the variables
we need to measure and how we measure them.

Role: As a part of a the team, Anindita designed, developed and implemented the Sales
Performance Management and Incentive Compensation Management solutions for their
Retail business units within the organization for multiple regions. This involved having
several business meetings with the client and vendor, understanding their functional
requirement, creating the design document based on functional specifications, etc.

The client is the Knowledge Director for Global Audit overseeing the overall Knowledge
Strategy for the Global Audit Account for Deloitte. We helped the client migrate over
3000+ communication assets from Vignette to SharePoint 2010
Role: As the USI Content Migration Lead, Anindita developed the Content Migration
Strategy in liaison with the US Project lead, while mapping the assets in KAM, identifying
redundant data, setting up knowledge repositories, training and guiding the US and India
counterparts on SharePoint and KAM Features, setting up Best Practices database for
migration projects and training the Global FAS & Global IFRS Teams on the same.
Developing the communication and social media strategy for content and knowledge
acquisition via creating and handling the AERS Integration group in Yammer.

We helped the clients by developing and maintaining the communication strategy of the
via maintenance of online repository for all information related to OCEO & ORMP for
example confidential Client databases for Deloitte, client engagements and the Leading
Practices followed by them, develop and market the Deloitte Client Experience &
Moments that Matter tools in SharePoint. Migrating the knowledge assets from MCMS &
Marketplace to SharePoint 2010.

Role: As the internal Communication & Knowledge Consultant, Anindita helped in
developing and maintaining the Client resources on the internal knowledge portal,
ensuring high quality and relevancy of content and periodically generating metrics to
assess the usage of knowledge assets. She developed various Toolkits like CSP Toolkit for
both Attest & Relationship client engagements, trained the US counterparts on a security
model using Active Directory which would lead to correcting unauthorized access to
restricted sections of the internal knowledge portal which was essential for establishing
credibility and integrity for the knowledge management team. Managing the migration for
over 10 sites from 1.0 (MCMS) to 2.0 (SharePoint). She developed business decks for
clients on Site Metrics and usage analysis and guide clients of site restructuring and
updating their communication strategy by introducing Leadership Blogs and Team Sites.

The client was in the process a multi-stage Oracle implementation aimed at normalizing their systems worldwide, migrating from current PeopleSoft platform. The human capital team was involved in developing training materials to train the users on their first two phases of deployment. Role: Anindita was the training lead on the project; and is in charge of the development of about 200 hours of learning materials including 34 courses. She managed a 4 member offshore team to meet the training requirements. Role: Responsible for Super User Training development for the first phase of the deployment across multiple countries and regions for the Hire to Retire (HTR) process in Workday. She developed Job Aids, Quick Reference Cards, Navigation Guides, Train the trainer documents for ESS and MSS in liaison with the functional team, testing the same in Workday tenants and documenting the Workday 21 updates that would be required post upgrade. Role: Training Developer As a training developer, Anindita was involved in developing course outlines, ILTs, Job Aids and WBTs for the HRMS and P2P module. She was also involved in extensive recording, editing and updating the UPK simulations for HRMS module. This helped in successful implementation of the Super User training for the Canadian implementation and we were hired for the second phase in the US. Role: The challenge involved using the an analytical approach to assess and understand the readiness for change that a California-based beverage manufacturer was facing due to accelerated growth and identify the processes and technology platform that the company needed to redefine to provide a common set of policies and procedures for its business units across a number of global locations. To achieve this result the team was asked to develop further the Governance aspect of the Change Management Dashboard. Worked as a part of a 5 member team where we explored the Governance aspect of the Change Management Dashboard by having multiple meeting with the stakeholders (Deloitte Senior Manager & Partner) and presented our findings in form of the variables we need to measure and how we measure them. We helped the client migrate over 3000+ communication assets from Vignette to SharePoint 2010 Role: As the USI Content Migration Lead, Anindita developed the Content Migration Strategy in liaison with the US Project lead, while mapping the assets in KAM, identifying redundant data, setting up knowledge repositories, training and guiding the US and India counterparts on SharePoint and KAM Features, setting up Best Practices database for migration projects and training the Global FAS & Global IFRS Teams on the same. Developing the communication and social media strategy for content and knowledge acquisition via creating and handling the AERS Integration group in Yammer.
