Studies) from the University of Perugia (Italy) and an MBA from Macquarie
University (Australia). Andrea is an experienced executive with 18 years
experience in business, strategic and marketing planning, administration, IT,
business development, event management and fundraising. Between 2006 and
2012 Andrea was the CEO of a large multidisciplinary organisation operating across NSW with
over 200 employees. Andrea is a Board member of a number of not for profit, government and
non-government organisations. Andrea’s favourite question is: “Why?”
Paul Simeoni has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), a Diploma of Financial
Planning and Fellowship of CPA Australia. Paul is a registered company auditor
and a Tax Agent. Paul is an experienced accountant and business consultant with
over 22 years experience. Paul is a Board member of a number of local, national
and multinational companies. He has assisted many clients from start up to
global companies achieve their business potential. Paul’s favourite question is: “Why not?”
