What is ‘Operation: crush GREECE!’?
Operation: crush GREECE! was created to promote an Exchange Competition between the LCs.
Basically each MA and RE receive a punctuation and in the end of a period (Quarter & Year) the LC that has more points
is considered theChampion of Operation: crush GREECE! .
We can say that Operation: crush GREECE! is just an Incentive tool to increase the Network Results.
Operation: crush GREECE! is more than an incentive and competition tool, it is a great information tool not only for the MC but also for
the LCs to understand their performance in a fast way.
We measure the following indicators on Operation: crush GREECE!:

Exchanges MA and RE (ICX and OGX); National Programs RE
The MC will creat different indicators during the year

The LCs are divided according with their exchange actual performance.

4. Operation:
During the year an LC can change to other cluster. For e.g.: The LC Y is Edge of glory in the beginning of the year and
during the first 3 months of operations their increase the number of points.
At the end of each quarter the MC will review the clusters (Operation: crush GREECE! cluster) and the LC will change from
one Edge of glory to Fire Burning.
The LCs can change cluster every 3 months.
Every Month the LCs will receive points regarding your monthly performance.

This first part shows how many ICX and OGX Matches and Realizations per LC starting on 1 st August till April.
Here you can find how many points your LC has according to your Exchange Performance.
Your LC gets points for each ICX and OGX MA and RE. Here is the Score system for this part:

We measure AIESEC in Portugal bonus points for MA and RE at ICX and OGX.
