Perception of illness according to classes.
High society: They take their illness very seriously and
immediately goes to hospital to seek health.
Low society: They don’t take much notice to their
illness. May be lack of economical instability.

Perception of illness related to culture.
People from different cultures experience illness largely
based on their meaning of illness.
Be aware of your own cultural uniqueness and seek to
accept the distinct perspectives of others.
It is often difficult for you to be knowledgeable about all
of the possible cultural norms.
However, you can be alert to the patient’s verbal and
