This document describes an entrepreneurship workshop that aims to equip entrepreneurs with the skills to start and sustain their own business, as well as build corporate entrepreneurs within established organizations. The workshop will cover topics such as introducing entrepreneurship, learning from successful entrepreneurs, developing a business plan, marketing skills, management and leadership skills, decision making, communication, and teamwork. A minimum of 10-12 participants is required for the workshop to run.
