care of on time. For us Accountants are the hard and sole of the company. Our accountants have passion for
results and they are committed to their work. We want to bring these everyday super heroes into the spotlight.
Dilyara Islanova
ACCOUNTANT

Higher, Institute of Economics and Management, specialty: Finance and Credit.
My working days consist mainly of bookkeeping related tasks. I have nine client companies and I am a second
accountant in each of these Companies. Each of the companies represents different area of business and it
is very interesting to work with such different cases. I prepare monthly reports for some of my Companies; it is
interesting to do something new.
Every week we have a meeting with the colleagues and discuss current issues related to work.
I like photography and music.
I used to play piano, I finished the music school, I have a diploma. At the moment unfortunately I have not
enough time to continue developing my skills in music. But in the future I would like to buy a piano and play
wonderful pieces of music for my relatives.
I like to sing and sometimes we go to karaoke clubs with the friends
Also I like summer time very much. This is a great time for meeting with the friends at the parks.
I go in for sports. I visit gym. One should keep oneself in good shape
I like to cook and my husband likes the way I cook
I like Accountor because this is really a Great place to work; I adore my colleagues and our management.
Together we’ll achieve better results and will be a Company Number One in the world.
I don’t like…
It’s hard to define what I don’t like. I live in a modern world and all things that we have at the moment were
settled long ago and hardly will change.
I’d like only to say that the most important thing is to be a human being and help others; to be real, not to be
bought into provocations, to change attitude to each other and to the surrounding world, and to try to make this
world better!!!
This week was great!
Finally the spring has come, the sun is shining, I’ve acquired more energy.
We’ve submitted annual reports
We are moving forward for achievement of targeted goals, improving our work.
We are preparing for new changes in Accountor and are looking forward to the 30th of April

My working day is very busy. It’s never boring. I have eight different client companies. Each client represents a
different area of business. For some clients I maintain only the part of bookkeeping, for other clients I have much
more tasks to perform. It is always interesting to work in such a company as Accountor.
Career prospects are the thing that also attracts me in Accountor. There is something to strive for and room for
improvement. Not every job has such opportunity.
I love my colleagues. St. Petersburg team is fantastic. People are very kind hearted and positive. And the
atmosphere is always good, almost like at home. My colleagues are always ready to help and give support. Soon
we will have a Team Day (Anna Khogai team). We have a lot of ideas and suggestions how to organize and spend
this day so we haven’t decided yet what idea to choose. I think it’s a good idea to organize “My Team Day” event,
to share experiences, to know the colleagues better in informal circumstances. So far I haven’t had so many jobs,
but Accountor is the most unusual company of those I have ever worked in!
This is great!
I like spending time with my friends. I like walking around St. Petersburg, the city centre, and its suburbs.
Especially I like when there is finally nice weather in the city and we can go camping, cook some food on open fire
and enjoy beautiful weather!
I don’t like that in our city we have only few sunny days. Probably it often affects the motivation. Because when
there is sun outside you feel more energetic, you want to speed the work, you are full of ideas!
I am happy to work in Accountor! I wish success, growth, achievement of our goals, and all the best to the
company!

My working days consist mainly of bookkeeping related tasks. I provide the chief accountant services for six
clients, which are LLCs and Representative offices. In frames of such responsibilities, I do different works from
consulting to drawing-up the financial and tax reports and all the other types of documents needed. I also
support clients in different aspects of their commercial activities and help them in solving of arising issue
related the communication with state authorities as for instance, tax offices, customs etc. Additionally, I write the
analytical reviews to changes of tax legislation.
I like to travel, meet new people, make new friends, read books, and walk along the beach. I am also interested
in learning foreign languages, designing clothes.
I don’t like to watch much TV. I prefer sports or long walks.
The last week before Easter is a good time to think over the moments of the year passed, to analyze some
actions and situation and make proper conclusions, learn same lessons and move forward with a light hart.
