 Unique philosophy and offers customers value.
 Consistency in Manu & low cost – Last 60 years very little change.
 Customer orientation – Hygienic, Sanitation & safety.
 Focusing on Customer service.
 International Expression- 2005 in Saudi Arabia & 2007 in Kuwait – Supplier availability and
recruitment of efficient employees.
 Marketing budgets.
Legacy of Abou Shakra:
 Employee selection and training.
 Strategy – Reporting system.
 Financial goal & Objectives.
 Maintain and improve the quality of the foods Provided.
 Maintain and Improve standard of produce and other inputs.
 Continue hiring qualified employees and training them rigorously to ensure best customer
service.
 Offer additional distinct values to customers.
Initiative need to take:
So, Abou Shakra should keep their Manu with traditional
dishes and not add any new nontraditional cuisine. They
already establish with the traditional cuisine and people
likes for its very simple, hygienic traditional foods.
The legacy will continue over times I sure.
