or representation, it can often be a stressful time in life. To

solicitor and to do this, you need to pay attention to the

The first thing that you're going to have to check is the
validity of their claims to be solicitors. Is the person
qualified? To find out, you need to do the two following
things:
 Contact the Solicitor Regulation Authority. They will tell
you if the person is qualified, and they will tell you when
they were last inspected.
 Visit The Law Society website, enter the details of the
solicitor, and they will return information about that
solicitor, such as whether they are accredited, which area
of law they practice, and various other things too.

4. However, this is only part of the issue. You also need to make
sure that the solicitor can deal with your particular case.
There are many different areas of law, and just because
someone is a solicitor, it doesn’t mean that they can
perform equally in all areas. You need to choose one that
specialises in your issue. For example, if you want to make
a will, you will need a Wills and Probate solicitor. If you
want to get a divorce, you will need a family court solicitor.
