Level to outline the Provincial Level Plan, Objectives and Budget
Spending across each Province’s political jurisdiction
• Support Ministry of Federal Affairs to provide Annual Assessment
results with Performance measures for Local Government against
planning, legal and regulatory standards

41. AEPC at Federal Level
• Support Ministry of Finance in monitoring and accountability of
financial flows for RE in LGs and PGs and monitor the effectiveness of
programs and project in terms of inputs and outcomes
• Engage with National and International Research Institutions for
Experience, Expert and Overall Knowledge Sharing
• Enhance Easy and Rapid RE Finance at All Level by engaging and
developing instruments of Finance at all level including international
• Continue to be Leader in RE Sector in Nepal and the Region
