2. Mandatory for registered associations to submit relevant details of the data of change of their officials/ key
office bearers through online application.
The facility of voluntary surrender of foreign contribution registration was given to NGOs.
It has been made mandatory for every FCRA-registered NGO/Association to submit an annual return for
every financial year within a stipulated time period.
