1. Collateral & Treasury Operations
OTC Collateral & Dispute Management
To assist collateral management in reducing their operational and credit risk of clients on a
proactive basis (it includes mandatory activity as a part of Regulatory like Dodd-Frank and
EMIR Regulatory requirements). The OTC portfolio of clients includes various derivative
products like Swaps, CDS, FX, IRS and Commodities etc., for different platforms like ISDA,
Non-Collateral, GMRA, CCP.
Performing Portfolio Reconciliation of all Clients on daily basis
On boarding of clients for both manual and third party reconciliation (like triResovle)
Analysis and comparison of portfolios for dispute driven clients on various aspects like MTM,

clients in accordance with front office transition mail.
Valuation of Securities: Daily valuation of securities for all portfolios as per the pre-
determined standard valuation procedures set using market data application called
“Bloomberg.”
Analysis: Resolving of breaks through a mechanism called exceptions based sign-off
which are abnormal and cause wider margin changes on mark to market basis.
Risk Management: Analyze to determine client’s current and potential exposure in
relation to their trading strategies and ensure clients have deposited sufficient collateral
against policies set by risk management.
