2. What do we already know about a Smoothie
Bar?
What do we need to find out?
How will we find out?
What have we decided to do?
We decided to make a survey and buy our
ingredients online.
3. We wrote our survey together. We had to
make sure the questions were clear.
Then we did the survey. We had to speak
clearly in front of other classes.
After that, we added up all of the tally marks
and looked at our results.
Finally, we made graphs showing what kind
of fruit pupils would like the best.
5. We used a very popular supermarket website
to order our ingredients.
We compared the prices of different
ingredients and decided what to buy.
We sometimes bought
more expensive things
because they were healthier,
like the peach slices in juice
not syrup!
6. We made samples of the smoothies once the
ingredients had been delivered.
We tasted them and made a few changes so
that they tasted really yummy!
We had to listen to each other’s thoughts and
opinions.
7. We
worked
in
pairs.
We made
sure We had
everything
was clean fun!
and safe.
8. We had fun selling the smoothies before
lunch.
The challenges were that we didn’t always
have enough change and we ran out of
smoothies on the first day!
