Introduction
IPS system has two different parts.
- FrontEnds. PhotoKiosk, Desktop software, Web Counter.
- BackOffice. A set of applications that let you manage product, prices and order production.
RemoteManager, FTP Order Manager and OrderLabManager.
Front Ends support different payment methods. Some of these payment methods require integration
with bank payment gateways.
In this document all supported payment gateways will be listed.

Actually Imaxel has integrated a few standard payment gateways, which can be quickly
integrated into your system.

If your company has contracted a different payment gateway, imaxel will need all the
documentation than your company has about this payment gateway, in order to estimate the
timings and cost for develop it.

Using PayPal online payment gateway
1- Create a new Business PayPal account.
2- When PayPal offers you to choose a payment method, you have to select “Website
payments standard”
3- After that, in Profile Summary Screen (image below) you could see the Secure
Merchant Account.
a. Send to Imaxel this secure merchant account
4- Next step in the same screen in go to “Website Payment Preferences” in Selling
Preferences Menu

5- Inside Website Payment Preferences you have to configure the following options as
you can see in the image below.
6- Finally you have to send to Imaxel the Identity Token that you can find in Payment
Data Transfer (red circle 2)
