The present study is an effort to explore the opinions of resource persons towards in-service teacher education of secondary school
teachers. The study intends to compare the attitudes of female and male resource persons towards in service teacher education of
secondary school teachers. Simple random sampling technique is used to draw 100 samples from Gulbarga and Belgaum divisions
of Karnataka. The findings of the study reveal that there is no significant difference between the opinions of female resource persons
and male resource persons towards in service teacher education.
