- Where do we get our energy? Where do we get our learning? Where do we turn to when we are down? Where do we turn in a time of help? How do we access knowledge on tight budgets?
- Doing the same thing again and again and to expect different results is insanity. The job has changed, our work has changed, therefore our efforts need to change.
