3. Fluorometry
•Fluorescence is the emission of light by a substance that has absorbed light.
•Different molecules absorb and emit light at specific wavelengths.
•The concentration is a function of the intensity of the emitted light.

Toxicity Monitoring
•A toxicity test measures the effects of a chemical on a living organism
