Perform text analysis of COP public reporting through IISD and other sources
to evaluate the extent to which national leaders are working constructively in
international climate forums.
Estimate the extent to which sustainability criteria integrate into public
procurement of products & services in each nation covered by the GGEI.
Integrate leading indices like the Climate Change Performance Index (CCPI)
with other research methods to measure the extent to which political leadership
is successfully pursuing policies that reduce their carbon emissions.
