of Performance Measurement Method against the Effectively and Efficiently
Project Performance.”

The background of this research was the unpredictable risk in oil and gas
industry. The risked itself always increase accordance to the change of
technology. Due to that, oil and gas industry need a performance measurement
method to assess the performance so it could create the effectively and efficient
performance. In this research the measurement did in project performance.
The objectives of this research is to determine whether the project performance is
effective and efficient using these performance measurement methods like
European Foundation for Quality Management Excellence Model (EFQM),
Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). This research also
tries to find out the factors that obstructed the project performance and finds
solution to handle such factors.
The design of this research applies descriptive research in which the researcher
tries to test the performance measurement method at Oil and Gas Company in
Indonesia. This is also a correlational research because it tries to test the
relationship of performance measurement methods against the effectively and
efficiently project performance.
Data analysis used in this research was statistical test using double regression
which is the most common test for predict the effect between dependent variable
and independent variables. To process the effect between performance
measurement methods and project performance, researcher use statistical
software SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) ver. 17.
The result of this research indicated that the European Foundation for Quality
Management Excellence Method (EFQM) show the effectively and efficiently
effect against project performance in the company.
