The Showroom at RED is managed by creative professionals with over fifteen years of experience
in event consulting, planning and management.
2. Welcome to The Showroom at RED!
Thank you for your interest in The Showroom at RED for your special event. Located in West
Midtown in Atlanta, Georgia at RED Performance and Customs, The Showroom at RED is a
6,000 square foot modern facility boasting 20’ ceilings, red epoxy floors and an open floor plan.
The Showroom at RED provides a raw, yet sophisticated blank canvas perfect for creating a
wide variety of private parties and special events.
CAPACITY:
Main Showroom: (6,000 sq. ft.) 350 Standing 150 Seated
VIP Lounge: (400 sq. ft.) 50 Standing 25 Seated

$500.00 Per additional hour (additional overtime charges may apply)
The above rates are based on a four (4) hour event and include cleaning and maintenance
before, during and after the event. Two (2) additional hours are included for setup and
breakdown.
**NOTE: Rental prices are subject to change without notice. Please call us at 404.352.0010 for
project rates other than private parties and special events, including music, TV and film.

3. The Showroom at RED looks forward to making your event a memorable one. A few
additional things to consider when finalizing your event details:
Security (required) $35.00 per hour – see page 4
Valet Parking Services (required) Varies – see page 4
Custom Vehicle Display (optional) $150.00 per vehicle

PAYMENT:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of rental fee is due upon acceptance of a formal agreement,
within no less than 3 business days from signatures.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of rental fee is due upon acceptance of a formal agreement,
within no less than 3 business days from signatures to non-profit organizations and charitable
events ONLY. Formal documentation is required and must accompany the agreement to
receive the discounted deposit rate.
The initial non-refundable deposit is required to hold and secure your event date. The
remaining deposit (including any custom vehicle displays selected) is due 7 business days prior
to the event.

best in Atlanta. If for some reason, you don’t find the vendor you’re looking for or would

*ALL NON-PREFERRED VENDORS are subject to approval by The Showroom at RED and
will be charged an additional $500 fee. Please speak with your Event Manager for details.
Non preferred caterers must furnish the following documents at least 30 days prior to
event:
- Business License
- Proof of workmen’s compensation and liability insurance for all employees
- Certification by the Health Department
- Certificate of Liability Insurance in the amount of $1 million with The Showroom
at RED listed as additional insured
- Event Guidelines with signature of the company owner

5. POLICIES & PROCEDURES
GENERAL POLICY:
All site visits must be scheduled with the special event coordinator of The Showroom at RED. (All
decision makers must be present)
All non-preferred vendors are subject to prior written approval by The Showroom at RED.
All electrical cords and equipment must not be a hazard to the attending guests and must be
approved by facility’s operation manager during the final walk through.
Please schedule all deliveries and pick-ups through your Event Liaison.
The Client is responsible for any and all damages resulting from vendors and guests.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE WITHIN THE SHOWROOM AT RED FACILITY.
THERE ARE NO EXECEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.
PARKING:
The Showroom at RED offers complimentary parking spaces for the event team, select vendors and
other approved participants, as space permits.
Additional vendors may park on premises or off street at the discretion of The Showroom at RED.
Guest self parking is not allowed. Eagle Parking LLC can accommodate your event by offering
complimentary or paid parking for your guests. (More information on page 4)
Parking arrangements must be made no less than 2 weeks prior to the event.
SECURITY:
The Showroom at RED handles all security and retains the services of off duty personnel from the
Atlanta Police Department for all events. It is mandatory for one officer per every fifty guests.
Security officers must be on premises from setup through breakdown, as well for the duration of the
event. Security officers can be in plain clothes or uniformed, and informed of which 1 week prior to
the event.
Any exceptions or other special arrangements must be pre-approved no less than one week prior to
the event by the Event Manager.
PRINTED MATERIALS:
All printed material relating to the event; including, but not limited to: invitations, newsletter, flyers,
press releases, publicity, promotional campaigns, broad cast media, letters, etc.; are subject to the
approval of The Showroom at RED before printing.
Any use of The Showroom at RED or RED Performance and Customs logos must be pre-approved by
the Event Manager and any reasonable requested changes must be complied with.
COAT CHECK:
Complimentary coat check can be provided during the fall/winter months. During the spring/summer
months is by request only and may require an additional fee. Please notify the Event Liaison no less
than two weeks prior to the event.

6. DECORATIONS:
The Showroom at RED reserves the right to disallow certain décor.
The Client is responsible for all decorating and must stay within the following guidelines:
All decorations and signs must be freestanding and cannot be hung on walls, but can be hung on the
outside of any building.
All floral brought inside buildings must be treated for insects.
Live plants with root balls are permitted.
Flames must be contained/globed. No tapered candles higher than six inches tall are permitted.
Pyrotechnic, confetti cannons, and wedding rice are not permitted.
Items cannot block any entryways, paths, stairwells or hallways at anytime.
All items must be removed from the premises immediately following the event, unless previous
arrangements have been made at least 24 hours in advance.
Perishable items (i.e. florals, balloons) must be removed immediately following the event.
The building of or touch-up painting of décor items is not permitted on our property.
MUSIC:
There is a 3:00am City of Atlanta noise ordinance for outdoor music that must be adhered to, no
exceptions. Any fees, fines or similar due to failure to comply are the sole responsibility of the Client.
The Client must advise DJ to provide their own CDJ/DVDJ/Turntable equipment; they may NOT
provide any sound or lighting equipment.
A sound check must be conducted with DJ no less than 30 minutes prior to event start.
RENTAL EQUIPMENT:
Rentals must be delivered the day of the event and picked up immediately following the event unless
previous arrangements have been made at least 24 hours in advance.
PHOTOGRAPHY:
Any photography planned outside of the rented space must be coordinated and scheduled through
The Showroom at RED.
The Showroom at RED utilizes several professional photographers with varying styles to best suit
your event.
Please let the Event Liaison know if you need recommendations.
FINAL FLOOR PLAN:
A full walk-through with all involved parties is required at least two (2) weeks in advance of the
event.
Any and all final floor plan changes must be made three (3) business days prior to the event,
otherwise changes cannot be guaranteed.
