"Mediating the Litigated Case "course will focus on the essential tools required to successfully mediate the litigated case. Robert will explain the 3 rules of mediating these cases, the 3 questions you must ask in caucus, and most importantly, why you must always follow these rules, and always ask these questions. Specific, practical ideas with examples will be provided for attendees they can be incorporated immediately into his or her repertoire.
