BEE the WE – We see CCV employees as “Bee’s”. Bee’s show the following
- Bee’s are extremly diligent.
- Bee’s always work in teams
- Bee’s communicate to each others, where the “flowers” are
each of us.
- Bee’s have clear responsibilities a
- Bee’s are experts in cooperating and having perfect interactions (processes)
- Bee’s protect what they build and they protect each other
- Bee’s do server their king and respect the hirarchy
- Bee’s anticipate to external dangers, needs and desires
- Bee’s do feed their themselves
These attributes leads us to more detailed definitions of “how we want to collaborate” and how we want to create or
