• I coordinated personnel on multi-million dollar subsea connector projects using Master
Production Schedule (MPS), shop routers, and Material requirements planning (MRP)
system to expedite deliveries.
• I worked closely with outside inspectors, TPI, DNV, etc., to insure project conformity to
customer requirements.
• Participated in 5S Lean program.
• Lead manufacturing engineer on RSV production.
• Conducted audits at casting foundry to insure quality castings for RSV products.
• Conducted training and audits for in-house and outside suppliers for the RSV valve and
electrical Actuators.
• Worked closely with supplier to insure proper operation and assembly of RSV Actuators.
• Lead contact for CSA certified equipment on the RSV Actuators.

• Drew parts in Auto Cad to be uploaded into SigmaNEST to be cut on the oxy fuel burn
table.
• Made shop process routers that contained information such as machine type, time
standard, set up time that followed each part through all shop to completion.
• Lead manufacturing engineer as subcontractor fabricator for FMC following DBI
inspection plans.
