5. GENERAL INFORMATION
Casa del Nino Montessori School is now on its
32nd year of operation. The school is licensed by
the Department of Education and is a family-
owned corporation also known as The Casa del
Nino Schools System Incorporated (CDNSSI).
CDNSSI was founded by Rosario Gangan Acierto
Ed.D in 1981 and continuous to be the school
President at present.
Currently the school has 9 branches serving the
cities of San Pedro, Binan, Sta. Rosa and
Calamba as well Ilagan City and the town of
Roxas in the province of Isabela.
6. THE ADMINISTRATION
The administration is responsible for:
Delivering the programs and services to
the students as well as implementing the
long range plans for the school and
carrying out the policies directed by the
Casa del Nino School Board.
7. THE EDUCATION STAFF
The education staff is responsible for:
Implementing classroom
instruction, activities and
programs, monitoring and reporting on
the progress of individual students and
maintaining good professional
relationship with the parents.

Requirements
Keeping your personnel file up to date
can be important to you with regard to
pay, deductions, benefits, and other
matters. Please be sure to notify the
office as soon as possible if you have a
change in any of the following items:
legal name, home address, e-mail
address, telephone number/mobile
number, marital status, person to
contact in case of emergency.
18. COMPENSATION
Wage and Salary Policy
Salaries are calculated on an individual
basis based on position, education, years
of experience and performance.
The amount is agreed to by both the
employee and the school and is a
permanent part of the employee’s
Employment Contract.
19. COMPENSATION
Salaries are reviewed annually and will
be modified or updated each year based
on above mentioned considerations and
number of enrollment.
All employees are required to time clock
in and out each day.
20. COMPENSATION
All employees are paid every 15th and 30th of
each month. If either of those days falls on a
Saturday, you get paid on a Friday but if it falls
on a Sunday, and then you get paid on a
Monday.
For Lead Teachers, Class Advisers and
Special Teachers, the last pay of the school
year will not be issued until all student reports
have been submitted and classrooms have
been cleaned and inspected by your
immediate supervisor and your clearance have
been signed by the school authorities.
21. IMPORTANT:
Personnel issues such as salary is
considered a private matter between the
employee and the employer therefore
discussion of such matter is strictly
prohibited and is considered grounds for
dismissal.
