4. Why am I writing this book ?
⭐ MY PASSION. This is my passion. I love it. I’m happy when I
contribute to someone’s development to become the best version
of themselves. Quantum Listening (QL) could definitely help anyone
to become a better listener, better communicator, and holistically a
better person.
⭐ QL saved my baby-boy. QL has saved my future baby boy
(currently, as I’m writing this, 5 months old in my wive’s womb). So,
my wife had a few miscarriages in the past and the doctor couldn’t
figure out why. When we finally used QL, we found that
Energetically, he was being rejected and being pushed out by his
miscarriaged siblings. Armed with that information, we then
proceed with a healing process to neutralize the negative
entanglements. So, QL saved my baby boy.
⭐ MY MISSION. My life has become much better since I applied the
principles and techniques of Quantum Listening. I feel holistically
better: body, mind, heart, soul, and energy. So, I want to share this
with as many people as possible and I have a mission to empower at
least 1 Million people with QL.

5. What are the goals of this book ?
⭐ QUANTUM LISTENING INTRO. This book will introduce
you to Quantum Listening world.
⭐7 LISTENING LEVELS. You will learn about the 7
listening levels.
⭐ APPLICATION FOR QUANTUM COACHING. You will also
be introduced to the application of Quantum Listening for
Coaching.

6. What is
⭐ 7th LEVEL OF LISTENING. Quantum Listening (QL)
is listening at the Soul Level, the 7th level of listening. It’s
listening with an Open Soul, Positive Energy, and
Mindfulness.
⭐ OPEN SOUL. QL is listening with your Soul wide open in
addition to your Open Mind, Open Heart, and Open Will.
⭐ POSITIVE ENERGY. QL is listening with positive
energy (positive thinking, positive feeling, & positively
charged body) without the voice of judgement, voice of
cynicism, or voice of fear.
⭐ MINDFULNESS. QL is listening with Mindfulness.
Mindful of self, others, and the surroundings. In addition,
at this level you are also being mindful of your potential
best-self and mindful of the systemic interactions.

10. So, what are the 7 levels of Listening ?
7 listening LEVELS
NO. Refusing or Ignoring to listen.
OBLIVIOUS. Focusing on other things rather than listening to the speaker.
SELECTIVE. Constraint by their own beliefs. “I’m right, you’re wrong.”
FACTUAL. Have an Open Mind and consider facts for judgements & decisions.
EMPHATIC. Have an Open Heart and put themselves on the speaker’s shoes.
GENERATIVE. Have an Open Will and listen to all key stakeholders with an Open
Mind and an Open Heart.
QUANTUM. Have an Open Soul and only do the right or positive things.

⭐ 6th Level of Listening or Generative LISTENING
came from PROF. C. OTTO SCHARMER the author of
Theory-U and Leading from the Emerging Future.
⭐ 7th level of listening or the Quantum Listening
(QL) with characteristics of an Open Soul, Positive Energy,
and Mindfulness was defined by the author of this e-Book,
ZULFIKAR M. RACHMAN (Z).
Where did the 7 levels of Listening come from ?

12. How do you measure your Listening level ?
MUSCLE TEST. Our body is very intelligent and could determine our listening
level through muscle testing. Modern muscle testing was introduced by
Dr. George Good Heart and now there are many ways of conducting Muscle
testing for your self and others. You can find those on youtube and use the
most effective one for you. Calibrate and practice to make it more and more
accurate. For me, I like using fingers.

13. How do you improve your Listening level ?
INTENTION IS NOT ENOUGH
Initially, I thought that with intention I could improve my listening level. It
helps, but apparently not enough. Let’s say you want to be Open Minded
(level 4) towards someone you have a problem with. When you said to
yourself that you want to be Open Minded towards that person (put your
intention) and then being muscle tested, most of the time you’d fail.
BETTER ENERGY BETTER LISTENING LEVEL
I found out that listening level could be improved by improving your
energy. So, in addition to having an intention to be Open Minded, you
also release negative energy and cultivate positive energy.
RELEASING NEGATIVE VOICES IN YOUR HEAD
Little voices inside your head could also prevent you from moving to
higher listening levels. So, you need to release those as well. Specifically,
if you want to move to level 4 you need to release your Voice of
Judgement (VoJ), to level 5 you release Voice of Cynicism (VoC), to level 6
you release Voice of Fear (VoF), and to level 7 you release Voice of
Negativity (VoN).

14. What are you
able to do with
⭐ LIMITLESS CONNECTION. With Quantum Listening you could
connect to anyone and anything in this universe, at the soul level,
regardless of the place or time (past, present, & future).
⭐ AUTHENTIC EMPATHY. When you connect with others at the soul
level, you could feel what they feel and think what they think.
Therefore, empathy towards others will be more authentic and not
based on guessing.
⭐ EMBODIED EXPERIENCE. When you connect with others at the
soul level, your body would experience what the other people are
experiencing. So, you would feel joy and powerful when the person
you’re connected to feels joyful and powerful. Similarly, you could
feel tired or sick when the person you’re connected to is tired or sick.
⭐ 5D MAPPING. The connection at the soul level will enable you to
map visible & invisible systems in 5 Dimension (3D Space, + time, +
Energy). The 5D mapping could then be used to resolve personal,
team, or organizational problems.
⭐ RESOLVING ENTANGLEMENTS. The 5D Mapping will usually
surface critical elements and entanglements that were previously
invinsible. With them being visible, we could then resolve the
entanglements to solve problems or to achieve goals.

you use
Quantum
Listening ?for
Quantum Listening can be used for many purposes and one of its powerful
use is for COACHING. I have developed a unique Coaching process which
incorporates Quantum Listening, and it is called Quantum Coaching.

17. What is
⭐ APPLICATION OF QUANTUM LISTENING. Quantum Coaching (QC) is
one of the powerful application of QL for Coaching purpose. It uses
Quantum Listening (QL) for the Soul Mapping of the Coaching Case.
Using the GROW Coaching Model (Goals, Reality, Options, Will), QC
maps the Goals and the Reality (Current Condition) in 5 Dimensions.
⭐ Soul mapping. Everything has a Soul. So, each relevant stakeholder or
element in the Coaching Case has a soul. The interactions amongst the
stakeholders and the elements of the Coaching Case produce a Soul
Map.
⭐ 5 dimensional mapping. The Soul Map produced by QC process
has 5 dimensions. The first 3D can be represented by any object (figures,
stones, people, etc., ie. 3D Objects) and the other two Dimensions are
Time and Energy.
⭐ RELEASING ENTANGLEMENTS & STUCKNESS. The Soul Mapping will
surface systemic interactions of the stakeholders as well as invisible
entanglements and stuckness of the Coaching Case. These can then be
released with a healing process.
⭐ BASIC COACHING PRACTICES. Standard Coaching Practices such as
confidentiality, Coachee’s centeredness, and Powerful Questioning are
part of the standard QC process. In my Coaching sessions, I implement
ICF (International Coaching Federation) Core Competencies.

18. What are the similarities and differences with
Systemic Coaching & Constellations ?
⭐ Same principles & SIMILAR PROCESS. QC has the same
principles and similar process with Systemic Coaching & Constellations
(SCC). The main principles include Belonging, Order, and Exchange.
⭐ Use of quantum listening. The difference of QC with SCC is in
the use of Quantum Listening in the QC process, ie. Listening at the Soul
Level which requires both the Coachee and the Coach to be energetically
positive and have an Open Mind, Open Heart, Open Will, and Open Soul.
Initially, the title of this book was “Quantum Listening: Systemic
Coaching & Constellations using Quantum Listening”.
⭐ SOUL LEVEL EMBODIMENT. In the development of a Soul Map, a
Coachee could connect with any stakeholder and element in the
Coaching Case at the soul level and embody the experience. So, not only
connect at the feeling & thinking level, but also what is felt in the body.
⭐ Resolving stuckness & ENTANGLEMENTS. In SCC the stuckness &
entanglements is resolved using releasing sentences guided by the
Coach. In QC there’s additional releasing and energy healing process.
⭐ HEALING TECHNIQUES. Depending on the Coaching Case, time
availability, and what’s evolved in the Soul Mapping, QC may use some
Healing Techniques to resolve stuckness & entanglements. The following
are some of the powerful techniques I have successfully used in QC
sessions: the Sedona Method, Ho’oponopono, Emotion Code, 2-points
technique, and Mesmerism.
⭐ EMBODIED HEALING EXPERIENCE. The connection at the soul level
in QC would make the healing process felt by the Coachee.

19. What is Quantum Coaching suitable for ?
Quantum Coaching is very effective for the following
situations:
⭐ STUCKNESS. A deadlock or stuck situation where there seems to be no
apparent solution.
⭐ INVISIBLE ENTANGLEMENTS. The root cause of a stuckness or
persistent problems that are often times invisible.
⭐ COMPLEX & SYSTEMIC PROBLEMS. The problem faced by the
individual, team, or organization that is complex or systemic in nature.
⭐ Lack of resources. Coachee or clients feel they have insufficient or
unaligned resources to achieve their goals.
⭐ Strategic planning. Coachee or client wants to develop or
improve their mission, vision, strategy, core values, or code of conduct.
