Oasis Libraries are run by Zaccheus Onumba Dibiaezue Memorial Libraries (ZODML). ZODML establishes small libraries in Lagos State Local Government primary schools.

Library was established
in 2004 at St. George’s
Girls’ Primary
School, Falomo, South-
West Ikoyi.

also serves Ireti
Primary School.
