Mrs. Rebecca Bartles, MPH, CIC Student’s Involvement: Found seven EPA registered tuberculocial disinfectants wipes. EX:   Caviwipes, Clorox Ultra Germicidal Wipes, PDI 	Wipes Researched material on all of eleven levels  Inputted data collected  into  an excel spreadsheet

Environmental Assessment CSR Tracer Coordinator: Rhonda Gentry, RN, BSN Location: JCMC 5200/5300 Unit Who Conducts a CSR? Patient Safety Coordinator. What is a CSR?  The CSR (Continuous Service Readiness) provides hospitals  with education and an internal audit determining if the staff are meeting healthcare regulations and following policies for safety of the patient.

Environmental Assessment CSR Tracer Student’s Involvement Checked fire extinguishers for expiration dates Checked doors for locking capabilities Checked for obstructions preventing staff from seeing patient quickly. (Ex: Doctors, Registered Nurses, and Transporters)
Environmental Assessment CSR Tracer Students Involvement Checked for dust around light fixtures and wall paintings. Checked to ensure medicine cabinets locking capabilities were working.
