The most important piece of work experience that
you’ve had that will help you to do this job well:
Running the local chapter of eWomenNetwork.
1. Learned to manage expectations not only for myself but to help set
expectations for others
2. Learned how to grow an organization via connections
3. Learned to define the perfect client member and then attract that client
4. Learned how to manage my time via A. B. C. criteria
5. Perfected running large events ranging from monthly events of 100 – 175
attendees to much larger events 500 – 1000 by leveraging connections
6. Learned to influence people to make the best right choices
The most important piece of work experience that
you’ve had that will help you to do this job well:
It really is all about connecting people to either the right people, the right
ideas, or the right resources. By becoming a servant leader, which is the best
thing I learned from 2005 through 2010, I was able to listen to what people
needed and then use my influence and my personal connections and
knowingness to help hundreds of local business people get what they wanted.
When people have the deep feeling of being heard, it is an easy next step to help
them move in the direction that they desire through inspiring them to take the
proper actions, to instill the needed habits, and then to get and stay motivated
to achieve the goals that they desire.

Having worked with groups both large and small on reaching for and attaining their dreams, I
feel that I understand the work that Firepole Marketing does. I especially enjoy helping people
take their knowledge and inspire others to grow and make a difference in the world.

1. Listening to hear what is really being said – both verbally and nonverbally
2. Connecting deeply with team members to understand their goals &
motivations
3. Listening to the heart beat of the current clients to make sure that their
needs are being met
4. Listening and connecting with potential clients to attract more perfect
clients to Firepole Marketing
5. Connecting with Danny’s vision so that I can support that vision in the work
that I do and the interactions that I am able to influence on a daily basis

I have worked with Authors like Bob Burg, putting on events for him in Seattle. Bob had very specific needs
for the flow of his events and by listening intently, we met and exceeded his expectations for back of room
sales. Because I owned a catering business for 17 years, I understand the needs of the staff at facilities and I
always make it a priority to help them feel important and appreciated. And, finally, Vendors at events help
to add an interesting layer of experience. They pay dearly (usually) to be included and it is important to help
them feel that their investment in the event was worthwhile.

Truly helping people to achieve their goals
I have, over the years, purchased many, many online strategies to make a living online. But, as
Danny points out so well in his book, most of this has been information that does not help.
I love that Danny aspires to a new paradigm of education and, from poking around on your
website, I can see that this approach appeals highly to me. My greatest pleasure comes from
people seeing themselves as capable of doing that which they are driven to do.
My goal would be to help Danny to do exactly that by creating ease and flow in his every day
experience. And to also bring my other talents to play in putting the bigger picture into play with
events both large and small.

Perfected running large events ranging from monthly events of 100 – 175 attendees to much larger events 500 – 1000 by leveraging connections 6. The most important piece of work experience that you’ve had that will help you to do this job well: It really is all about connecting people to either the right people, the right ideas, or the right resources. By becoming a servant leader, which is the best thing I learned from 2005 through 2010, I was able to listen to what people needed and then use my influence and my personal connections and knowingness to help hundreds of local business people get what they wanted. When people have the deep feeling of being heard, it is an easy next step to help them move in the direction that they desire through inspiring them to take the proper actions, to instill the needed habits, and then to get and stay motivated to achieve the goals that they desire.

Bob had very specific needs for the flow of his events and by listening intently, we met and exceeded his expectations for back of room sales. Because I owned a catering business for 17 years, I understand the needs of the staff at facilities and I always make it a priority to help them feel important and appreciated. And, finally, Vendors at events help to add an interesting layer of experience.   • 16. What about our organization most resonates with you as a place you want to work? Truly helping people to achieve their goals I have, over the years, purchased many, many online strategies to make a living online. But, as Danny points out so well in his book, most of this has been information that does not help. I love that Danny aspires to a new paradigm of education and, from poking around on your website, I can see that this approach appeals highly to me. My greatest pleasure comes from people seeing themselves as capable of doing that which they are driven to do. My goal would be to help Danny to do exactly that by creating ease and flow in his every day experience. And to also bring my other talents to play in putting the bigger picture into play with events both large and small.
