that it be of use] to you so that ships might sail through it at
His behest, and that you might seek to obtain [what you need]
of His bounty, and that you might have cause to be grateful.
And He has made subservient to you, [as a gift] from Himself,
all that is in the heavens and on earth: in this, behold, there are
(AAYAT) messages indeed for (YATAFAK-KARUUN)people who
think! .”
(Qur’an: Jatsiya: 45: 12-13)

“Verily, in the creation of the heavens and of the earth, and
the succession of night and day: and in the ships that speed
through the sea with what is useful to man: and in the waters
which Allah sends down from the sky, giving life thereby to
the earth after it had, been lifeless, and causing all manner of
living creatures to multiply thereon: and in the change of the
winds, and the clouds that run their appointed courses
between sky and earth: [in all this] there are messages indeed
for people who use their reason (QAWMIN- YA’-QILUUN).”
(Qur’an: Baqarah: 2: 164)

“And among His signs are the ships that sail like [floating]
mountains through the seas: if He so wills, He stills the wind, and
then they lie motion-less on the sea’s surface - [and] herein,
behold, there are messages indeed for all who are wholly patient
in adversity and deeply grateful [to Allah];”
(Qur’an: Shura : 42: 32-33)

“And so the two went on their way, till (they reached the seashore;
and] when they disembarked from (AS-SAFEENAH) the boat [that had
ferried them across], the sage made a hole in it-[whereupon Moses]
exclaimed: "Hast thou made a hole in it in order to drown the people
who may be [travelling] in it? Indeed, thou hast done a grievous
thing!"
(Qur’an: Kahfi : 17: 71)

“And, indeed, [in times long past] We sent forth Noah unto
his people, and he dwelt among them a thousand years bar
fifty; and then the floods overwhelmed them while they
were still lost in evildoing: but We saved him, together with
all who were in the ark (ASSAFEENAH), which We then set
up as a symbol [of Our grace] for all people [to
remember]. ”
(Qur’an: Ankabut: 29: 1415)

11 February 2016 – The Advanced LIGO (Laser Interferometer
Gravitationalwave Observatory) team announce that
they detected gravitational waves on 14 September 2015 from
a merger of two black holes about 400 mega parsecs (1.3 billion
light years) from Earth.The merger event is named GW150914
The outer space is not ‘empty space’ but do comprise of force
termed as ‘gravitational waves’. In physics gravitational waves are
ripples in the curvature of space-time which propagate as waves,
travelling outward from the source. Predicted in 1916 by Albert
Einstein on the basis of his theory of general relativity

SubHaanAllah … this clarifies another miracle of the Aaayat (signs) in
the Qur’an, regarding how Allah SWT describes the celestial orbits of
planets and stars using the verb (root - - “float; swim”)

“And [they have a sign in] the sun: it runs in an orbit of its own [and]
that is laid down by the will of the Almighty, the AllKnowing; and
[in] the moon, for which We have determined phases [which it must
traverse] till it becomes like an old datestalk, driedup and curved:
[and] neither may the sun overtake the moon, nor can the night
usurp the time of day, since all of them (YASBAHUUN) float
through space [in accordance with Our laws]. ”
(Qur’an: YaSin :3840)

“THE MOST GRACIOUS has imparted this Qur’an [unto man]. He
has created man: He has imparted unto him articulate thought
and speech. [At His behest] the sun and the moon (BIHUSBAAN)
run their appointed courses;”

traveler."
`Abdullah bin `Umar r.a. said, "Allah's Messenger ‫ﷺ‬
took hold of my shoulder and said,

“Verily al-Islam began as something strange and will go
back to being strange, so glad tidings to the strangers."
(Hadith reported by Ibn Majah)

It was narrated that ‘Abdullah said: “The Prophet ‫ﷺ‬ lay down on a reed mat,
and it left marks on his skin. I said: ‘May my father and mother be ransomed for
you, O Messenger of Allah! If you had told us we would have provided you with
something that would save you this trouble.’ The Messenger of Allah ‫ﷺ‬ said:
‘What is there between myself and the world? This world and I are
just like a rider who stops to rest beneath the shade of a tree then
goes and leaves it.’”
