To provide professional and specialised administrative assistance and support to the Company
Secretarial Services team, focused specifically on Sasol group of companies, trusts and Group
Executive Committee sub-committees, departmental projects and dealing with regulatory bodies and
other external stakeholders with extreme sensitivity and complexity, in order to facilitate the effective
operation of the function and ensure effective statutory and group meeting administration, including:
 Meeting administration;
o Manage the scheduling, preparation and administration of Sasol group of meetings on
board and group executive level, including boards of Sasol entities with external
shareholding with extreme sensitivity and complexity
o Manage distribution and attendance lists and invitations (manual and Board Vantage) to
ensure highly confidential information is safeguarded and meeting quorums and
attendance are properly managed
o Manage distribution of meeting documentation to ensure timeous receipt of documents
and the safeguarding of confidential information
o Prepare draft meeting agendas with a clear understanding of meeting requirements and
required discussion / decision points
o Consolidate documentation received (ensuring timeous submission and completeness of
information compared to agenda) and compile meeting packs according to set standards
and requirements (100% accuracy) in preparation for dissemination (paper based and on
Board Vantage); ensuring high standards of accuracy

o Manage and ensure distribution of late submissions and presentations - safeguarding
confidentiality of information and comprehensiveness of information disseminated for
meeting and stored electronically"
