1. 據《唐書，宰相世系表》所載，出自「嬴」姓。皋陶
之後，世為大理 ( 掌管刑法的獄官之長 ) ，以官為姓
，春秋時道家學說的創始人老子因祖輩為理官，遂以
理「李」為氏，稱李耳。
2. 據「北史」所載，趙郡李氏，為趙將武安君之後，李
左車其先也。
3. 據「魏書」所載，後魏有代北鮮卑族复姓「叱李」氏
，後改為漢字單姓「李」氏。
4. 唐朝皇室姓「李」，「李」遂為國姓。唐初開國元勛
諸將徐，邴，安，杜，胡，弘，郭，麻，鮮于，張，
