1. Public records on your credit report?
There was a public record listed on my credit report today and it says: Public
c record information includes any bankruptcies, liens, judgments or garnishments
contained within county, state or federal court records. But, it doesn't sa
y what kind of public record it is. Is there any way of finding this out? Wouldn
't they have to notify me before they made any liens or garnishments?
