When you see people who do these things well, we don’t call them political, we call them shrewd or smart, savvy, but most of all…
we say they are people who know how to get things done.
What we aren’t talking about are the schemers, back-stabbers, and opportunists.
We really are talking about people who have the organization’s goals at heart more than personal power attainment.
