Main activities and functions:-
1- As investment manager and central operation department deputy
manager:-
• Receive the approval of the customer's financial applications after the
authorized personnel approval.
• Assure and verify that all financial and legal documents are attached.
• Assure and verify that the approval is according to and compliances with
the CBOS and internal policies and procedures & all so according to
Islamic principles.
• Assure that all guarantees documents are presented by the customer, and
collaterals are granted to the bank along with the approval procedures
related to concerned authorities.
• Supervising all corporate and retail transactions in the bank.

3. • Managing the preparation of internal contracts of Islamic Investment
Modes.
• Supervising Booking of all transactions related to operation in investment
& finance.
• Preparing and supervising Accrual systematic & manual.
• Preparing reports to top management & CBOS.
• Archives and keep all files related the division
• Manage and supervise the execution of different activities in central
operation (different investment modes, LCs, LGs, documentary
collections, clearings, back office transactions, banks automated
settlement funds).
• Assure that execution per transaction is according to predetermined terms
and conditions and not exceed the ceiling approved.
• All documents should be kept in safety and fire tested cabinets.
• Tight follow-up to the customers through coordination with concerned
department.
• Coordinate with the legal and/or technical advisors for contracts and
revaluations.
• Supervise and manage closed and open stores.
• Keep up-to-date records and information about the outstanding portfolio.
• Calculate and reports the provision according to predetermined criteria
and standards.
• Reply to all related points reported by internal and external parties.
• Many other duties & tasks related to core credit.
2- As corporate deputy manager:-
• Targeting and attract the VIP customers in predetermined industries to
make a financial relationship with them.
• Conduct extensive analysis to a customer position, economic as a whole,
industry, the specific sector of the customer in order to prepare annual
customer Credit Line Memos that compliance with regulatory bodies and
match with standards & internal bank policies & procedures.
• Presenting and obtaining required approvals for Credit Line Memos.
• Follow and confirm the annual renewal of the approvals and guarantees
situation.
• Act as a link between the bank and CBOS regarding finance extensions,
guarantees and customer exceptions.

4. • Regular customer visits and preparation of call reports in addition to
evaluation the customer operations.
• Manage the touch point with a client & monitor a customer from A to Z
settlements / repayments etc …., to generate maximum profit to the bank
and add value to the client's equity.
