Participant Investment Choices

    VANTAGE401(k) provides three approaches for participants to
    manage their retirement assets. They can be used independently
    or in concert with one another.

    Self Managed Portfolio
    Participants have total control over their portfolio (collection of
    investments all owned by a single investor). They can build their
    own Asset Allocation Portfolio from the funds available on the
    plan’s investment menu or they can allocate all of their holdings
    in a single investment. Participants are responsible for choosing
    their investments from among those available on the plan’s
    investment menu and managing them.
