4. Conversation
• Kris must have really made a pleasant
impression to Casey . She accepted Kris’s
invitation for his birthday. Yes, it’s his birthday
and he is turning 19. He’s having a house
party!

5. • Casey: Where is your house by the way?
• Kris: Don’t worry about that. Would it be
fine if I fetch you from your house?
• Casey: I think that’s a better idea. Do you know where
Eastcoast ville is?
• Dave: I think I know that.
• Kris: I’m sure I know that Dave.
• Dave: Okay
• Casey: So from there, turn to the third street on your
left. Then you will see a grocery store on your right, Alice
Grocery. Right in front of the store is another street which
will lead you to a small bridge. Cross the bridge and you
will reach the residence village. Our house is the second on
the right. It has a gazebo. You will not get lost because it’s
the only one with white gate.

6. • Kris: Oh I will not surely get lost. So I’ll
see you on Friday at 6 PM?
• Casey: Friday 6PM is great.
• Dave: Kris, why don’t you ask for a
map? I don’t trust your sense of
direction
• Casey: That would be fine. Can I have a
sheet of paper?
