1. Ultimate Fat Loss Workout
To give you a sneak peak behind the
scenes of Fitter U Fitness, I’ve put together a preview of the one of the workouts from
Month 2.
This workout is called Fat Blaster 1 and it’s really the ultimate fat loss workout. Although
I can’t divulge all the secrets that make this workout so beneficial for burning fat (it is a
members only workout) I’m sure you’ll get a feel for why when you watch the video.
Remember the hallmarks of good fat loss workouts – full body exercises using heavier
weights to elicit maximum muscle involvement and thus calories burned. The beauty is
that with this approach not only do you burn fat more effectively but you also build
incredible strength!
So say good bye to those early morning “classes” that have you doing 100 reps with light
weights – they do nothing for you except make you weaker and waste your time.
