multivariate issues on calibration performance in display
luminescent test, achieved 0 customer complaints.
 Improve capacitor component loss due to the reliability test
failure, reduces the component defect to zero.
 Improve capacitor failure due to the thermal expansion by revise
the assembly process, improve the reject to zero defect.
 Improve the part peel off issue at customer site, worked with the
MCOE engineer to improve paint peel off verification test and

Achievement:
 Improve test coverage for PCA to reduce reliability test failure,
reduces the defect from 50% to 5%.
 Improve SMD solderability issues by reviewing the profiles and
redesign the stensil, improve 80% in solderability failures.
 Resolve the duplicate serial number issue due to reprinting in
production floor, added in new feature in the transaction system
to have auto-blocking for any duplication.
