AFTER THE INCIDENT , YOU MUST REPORT TO THE ICC
WITHIN PERIOD OF 3 MONTHS
IN CASE OF PHYSICAL OR MENTAL INCAPABILITY, THIRD
PARTY CAN FILE A COMPLAIN
COMPLAINANT SHALL SUBMIT A COMPLAINT ALONG
WITH SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS AND RELEVANT
DETAILS
5. ENQUIRY PROCESS
COMMITTEE WILL HOLD A MEETING WITH THE
COMPLAINANT WITHIN FIVE DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE
COMPLAINT,
COMMITTEE SHALL HAND OVER THE STATEMENT OF
ALLEGATION TO THE PERSON AGAINST WHOM THE
COMPLAINT IS MADE.
THE COMMITTEE SHALL COMPLETE THE “ENQUIRY”
WITHIN THREE MONTHS AND COMMUNICATE ITS
FINDINGS AND ITS RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ACTION TO
THE HR OF VINSM.
