Suplemen Kesehatan adalah produk yang
dimaksudkan untuk melengkapi kebutuhan zat gizi,
memelihara, meningkatkan, dan atau memperbaiki
fungsi kesehatan mengandung satu atau lebih
bahan berupa vitamin, mineral, asam amino atau
bahan lain (berasal dari tumbuhan atau bukan

Registrasi OT dilakukan oleh IOT, UKOT, atau importir obat
tradisional yang mendapat penunjukan keagenan dan hak untuk
melakukan registrasi dari industri di negara Asal.
Memiliki fasilitas distribusi obat tradisional sesuai ketentuan
yang berlaku.
Penunjukan keagenan dan hak untuk melakukan registrasi
dapat diberikan untuk 1 (satu) nama
produk kepada 1 (satu) IOT , UKOT, atau importir

(IOT) atau industri pangan, atau badan usaha di bidang
pemasaran SM yang memiliki sekurang-kurangnya

atau informasi baru berkenaan dengan mutu,
keamanan dan khasiat yang berpengaruh terhadap
kesehatan masyarakat.

29. Pembatalan Nomor Izin EdarPembatalan Nomor Izin Edar
Nomor Izin Edar OT dan SM dapat dibatalkan apabila :
1.Berdasarkan penelitian atau pemantauan setelah
beredar tidak memenuhi kriteria pendaftaran;
2.Penandaan tidak sesuai dengan yang telah disetujui;
3.Promosi menyimpang dari ketentuan yang berlaku;
4.Selama 2 (dua) tahun berturut-turut OT/SM tidak dibuat
atau tidak diimpor;
5.Izin industri farmasi atau izin industri di bidang obat
tradisional atau izin industri pangan atau izin badan
usaha dicabut atau;
6.Melakukan pelanggaran di bidang pembuatan OT/SM
atau impor OT/SM.

34. PRODUK OT LOW
RISK•Pendaftaran OT dengan komposisi sederhana yang
hanya mengandung simplisia yang sudah dikenal
secara empiris dengan klaim penggunaan
tradisional , dengan tingkat pembuktian umum,
dalam bentuk sediaan sederhana minyak obat luar,
parem, tapel, pilis, rempah mandi, serbuk luar,
salep, ratus dimana profil keamanan dan
kemanfaatan telah diketahui pasti.
•Terdapat ± 72 positive list simplisia
35. • Registrasi ulang dilakukan tanpa perubahan data produk.
• E-Registrasi Ulang dapat dilakukan oleh seluruh produsen dan
importir yang telah memiliki akun perusahaan.
• Pengajuan permohonan registrasi ulang dilakukan:
– Paling cepat H-60 HK s.d H-10 HK sebelum berakhirnya masa
berlaku izin edar.
– Jika dilakukan setelah berakhirnya masa berlaku izin edar
(H+1), maka produk tersebut harus didaftarkan sebagai
pendaftaran baru.
• Proses evaluasi maksimum 10 hari kerja sejak tanggal
pengembalian bukti pembayaran.

36. Daftar Baru dan Variasi
• Seluruh pendaftar yang akan melakukan pendaftaran harus
memiliki akun perusahaan.
• Sebelum melakukan pendaftaran baru dan variasi di loket,
pendaftar harus meng input data produk yang akan
didaftarkan melalui sistem.
• Akan ada notifikasi untuk melampirkan dokumen hardcopy
di loket pendaftaran.
• Status produk dapat dilihat melalui “Detail log”.
• Print SPB Pra Registrasi ataupun SPB Registrasi dapat
dilakukan mandiri oleh pendaftar. Selanjutnya bukti bayar
dilampirkan ke Badan POM.

1. Variasi hanya dapat dilakukan apabila:
• Nomor izin masih berlaku
• Tidak sedang mengajukan variasi lain atau pendaftaran ulang

diperbaiki ke loket B di Gd.B Lantai II.
• Industri/ Importir akan diberikan label/ desain kemasan yang
telah disetujui (Acc) oleh petugas loket.
• Industri/ Importir melakukan pemindahan/ Scanning label/
desain kemasan yang telah disetujui. Badan POM menyediakan
pra sarana untuk melakukan Pemindaian/ Scanning. Label/
Desain kemasan disarankan untuk dicetak pada kertas maks.

• Petugas loket akan melakukan pengecekan terhadap label/ desain
kemasan yang telah diunggah oleh Industri/ Importir, dan merubah status
produk menjadi “Diambil”. Apabila telah sesuai, maka akan diberikan
Surat Keputusan Persetujuan Pendaftaran Produk oleh petugas loket.
• Pendaftar melakukan pengisian buku pengambilan SK Persetujuan
Pendaftaran Produk dan menyerahkan surat pernyataan perihal
penerimaan SK Persetujuan Pendaftaran Produk dan menyerahkan
