How to Fold
Method RF1-A

Photos 41/2" & 5" rolls 7" roll Instructions
For 4.5" roll long: Fold leg bottoms up to the Line "B 4 1/2", 5"
For 5" roll long: Fold leg bottoms up to the Line "A5"
*Boys garments in small size may skip this step*
CSWB Trunk size SMALL (5" long) only:
Fold leg bottoms up to the Line "B 4 1/2", 5"
For 7" roll long: Fold leg bottoms up to the Line "A7"
If leg bindings extends past top of waistband, fold back until all of fabric
is below the waistband
For 4.5" roll long: Fold leg bottoms up to the Line "C 4 1/2"
For 5" roll long:
Fold bottom edge up again to the Line "C5"
*Boys garments in small size only fold leg bottoms up to Line "C5".
If legs extends past top of waistband fold back the excess
Folded height is 5"
Fold right side over to the middle, then left side over to the middle
Waistband must be aligned. Tuck excess where necessary.
Roll garment from left to right
Use adequate amount of approved tape to hold the roll closedl.
(Do not put the tape around the entire roll)
Finished roll should be 4.5" roll wide (+/-1/8") by
Men's Boxers:
S - XL: 2 1/2" thick (+/- 1/8") 2X: 2 5/8" (+/- 1/8")
Finished roll should be 5" roll wide (+/-1/8") by
Men's Boxer Briefs & Boxers:
S - XL: 2 1/2" thick (+/- 1/8") 2X: 2 5/8" (+/- 1/8")
Men's Boxer Briefs (CSWB):
S - L: 2 1/2" thick (+/- 1/8") XL - 2X: 3" (+/- 1/8")
Boys Boxer Brief: S - XL: 1.75" thick (+/- 1/8")
Boys Boxer Brief (Ringer): S-M: 2" L- XL: 2.25" thick (+/- 1/8")
Boys Boxer Brief (CFWB): S-M: 2" L- XL: 2.25" thick (+/- 1/8")
Boys Boxer Brief (CSWB): S-M: 2.25" L-XL: 2.5" thick (+/- 1/8")
Boys Woven Boxer: S-XL: 2.25" thick (+/- 1/8")
Finished roll should be 7" roll wide (+/-1/8") by
Men's Boxer Briefs:
S - XL: 2 1/4 " thick (+/- 1/8")
