10. Class attendance is often voluntary.

11. We sleep through classes.

13. We taught ourselves to not think about thinking, because it’s not on the test.

14. More and more universities are increasingly dependent on researches.

15. And less about the quality of teaching.

16. Corporations are sponsoring courses, and they are now for sale.

17. The reality of our college experience depends on one single important factor: Money.

18. Corporate greed influences us, and we follow suit.

19. But many of us also learned to ask for help.

20. we encounter people who try to make higher education in America better.

21. People who aim:

22. They care to :

23. They use technology to more effectively engage and educate students.

24. We observed effective learning communities where students succeed together.

25. We learn from students of all colors and professors of all backgrounds.

26. Some of us may be declining by degree -

27. But we have the resources to stand on the shoulders of giants.

28. So There’s hope...

29. … hope that will open doors of better opportunities and learning experiences for American higher education.
