a) Existing Etisalat Land Line – BRI /PRI/ISDN/Analogue – Can be stand alone line or
EPBX
b) MSISDN No ( Phone number issued by Etisalat) remains the same , extension and
set up remains the same
c) Billing from Etisalat will continue but will have only the rental charges and billing
from DU will have the call charges
d) DU engineers will set up Business Call Select in your office premises
e) Faults and complaints can be registered with DU or Etisalat
f) Calls are charged on per second basis
g) Calls to International destinations are charges on a flat rate basis to top 190
countries. Destination not listed are charged on off peak rates 24/7
