사용자에게 직접적으로 표출되는 시설은 아니지만 업무의
효율성을 높이고 운용을 용이하게 할 수 있는 시설로서
프린터, 문구류함, 발권 키오스크, 감성조명, 스마트폰 충전기,
전자캐시, 사용자 출입통제, 인터넷 예약, 서비, 네트워크 장비
(허브, 라우터, 공유기 등) 등이 있다.

평가와 보상체계, 보수, 연금, 의료보험 등

 보안체계 구축이 요구되며 가정에서 사무실

안티바이러스, 침입차단, 통합 PC보안, DB/콘텐츠
보안, 접근관리와 가상 사설망 VPN 등이 있다.

재택근무 구축 사례

 재택 근무 대상자는 심사 소속 부서장이 선발하고
있으며 업무성적이 부진한 경우 대상자 선발에서
제외하고 있다. 재택 근무자 신청 자격은 특허청
근무경력이 3년 이상인 자, 기타 재택 근무로
소관업무 수행이 가능하다고 특허청장이 인정하는
자로 규정하고 있다.

grades are excluded from the selection.
Telecommuters are eligible to apply for more than
3 years working experience on patent, and other
work at home business can be carried out by
competent commissioners.

 재택근무에 참여하고자 하는 특허청 소속 공무원은
소속 부서의 장에게 “재택근무 신청서”를 제출하고
소속 부서의 장은 심사/업무 경력이 많은 자,
심사/업무와 관련하여 공헌을 많이 한 자, 질병, 거리 등
신청자의 개인적인 여건 등을 고려하여 재택 근무를
승인하고 있다.
