Things to know Remember that your community connections in your Documented Accomplishments must be within the last year Documented Accomplishments are a good part of the portfolio to look at first and then revisit last. 17. Something else to think about…. Take One! allows to start the National Board Process with a single portfolio entry – Entry 2. This might be a good “first step” for those considering the process.
