- 12. It’s both. Scary because it is unfamiliar. Exciting because that is the dance, the love, the music of collaboration.
- 13. Paradigms shift. Norms change. And, people get uptight.
- 14. People who bridge these types of interactions are wayfinders…

- 26. Many people believe that if they work within a standards-based framework, they will be unable to invent or innovate.
- 37. All these standards and yet there is so much richness in us.
- 38. When it comes to making things, the duality between governance and creativity or governance and innovation is false. It’s a symbiotic and necessary relationship.
