I'm the Program Manager of the Digital Marketing Scorecard for IBM's Software Marketing Group. In that role, I apply my experience in the fields of marketing, analytics, and IT to analyze and coordinate publication of the scorecard for IBM's software marketing community. In my work, I draw on three areas of expertise: * web analytics and online marketing technology/techniques, * business analytics with SAS and other tools, and, * software development, performance engineering and capacity planning.
