Community College classmates studied professional security methods
for both retail and commercial clients, industrial security needs, and
how to evaluate and manage risk. Warren also learned precepts of the
Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and what his personal
liability would be should over reach or inappropriate civil rights
violations occur.

the New York Sheriff Association Institute, a charitable organization
dedicated to the education and training of New York sheriffs,
committed to operating a summer camp for children, organizing and
managing a scholarship program for New York state students of
criminal justice, and providing the Sheriffs’ Victim Hotline for the
public.
