1. Tujuan Pembelajaran
Pada akhir pembelajaran, siswa dapat merespon makna dalam:
 Mengetahui Tujuan komunikatif teks descriptive
 Menyebutkan Langkah retorika teks descriptive
 Mengenali Ciri kebahasaan teks descriptive
 Menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan berdasarkan informasi yang terdapat dalam bacaan

Nikita Willy is one of Indonesian talented actress.
She has played in many electronic Sinema.
Her full name is Nikita Purnama Willy. She was
born on 29 June 1994 in Jakarta. Nikita Willy has
straight hair, pointed nose, brown eyes, and white
skin. She is medium height, only 162 cm.
Nikita has so many hobbies. She likes travelling
and shopping in her spare time.
Nikita Willy has acted in many electronic cinema
e.g. Doa Membawa Berkah and Bidadari. She also
plays in some movies e.g. MBA (Married By Accident),
Best friend. There are many achievements that Nikita
has got. One of them is Panasonic Gobel Award.

it some caterpillars. Actually, I am afraid of caterpillars, but I try to do that for my lovely bird.
Vorto itself likes caterpillars very much. It sings louder than usual after I feed it.
Vorto becomes one of my friends at home. I like playing with it in my spare time. It is
enjoyable playing with Vorto.

  • 1. RENCANA PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN (RPP) SMP/MTS : SMP Negeri 11 Banjarmasin Kelas/Semester : VIII (Delapan) / 1 Standar Kompetensi : 5. Memahami makna teks tulis fungsional dan esei pendek sederhana berbentuk descriptive dan recount yang berkaitan dengan lingkungan sekitar Kompetensi Dasar : 5.3.1 Merespon makna dan langkah retorika dalam esei pendek sederhana secara akurat, lancar dan berterima yang berkaitan dengan lingkungan sekitar dalam teks berbentuk descriptive Jenis teks : monolog descriptive Tema : Physical Appearance Aspek/Skill : Membaca Alokasi Waktu : 2 x 40 menit ( 1x pertermuan ) 1. Tujuan Pembelajaran Pada akhir pembelajaran, siswa dapat merespon makna dalam:  Mengetahui Tujuan komunikatif teks descriptive  Menyebutkan Langkah retorika teks descriptive  Mengenali Ciri kebahasaan teks descriptive  Menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan berdasarkan informasi yang terdapat dalam bacaan Karakter siswa yang diharapkan : Rasa hormat dan perhatian ( respect ) Tekun ( diligence ) Berani (courage) 2. Indikator Pencapaian Kompetensi • Siswa mampu mengetahui tujuan komunikatif teks descriptive • Siswa mampu menyebutkan langkah retorika teks descriptive • Siswa mampu mengenali ciri kebahasaan teks descriptive • Siswa mampu menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan berdasarkan informasi yang terdapat dalam bacaan

Reading Material NIKITA WILLY Identification (How she looks in general) Description (How she looks in more detailed description of her physical features such as her age, height, figure etc.) Nikita Willy is one of Indonesian talented actress. She has played in many electronic Sinema. Her full name is Nikita Purnama Willy. She was born on 29 June 1994 in Jakarta. Nikita Willy has straight hair, pointed nose, brown eyes, and white skin. She is medium height, only 162 cm. Nikita has so many hobbies. She likes travelling and shopping in her spare time. Nikita Willy has acted in many electronic cinema e.g. Doa Membawa Berkah and Bidadari. She also plays in some movies e.g. MBA (Married By Accident), Best friend. There are many achievements that Nikita has got. One of them is Panasonic Gobel Award.

Langkah-langkah Kegiatan Pertemuan pertama A.Kegiatan Pendahuluan Apersepsi : • Tanya jawab berbagai hal terkait dengan kondisi siswa • Mengabsen siswa. Motivasi : • Memberikan games kepada siswa. • Menyampaikan tujuan pembelajaran. B. Kegiatan Inti Eksplorasi 1. Siswa membaca teks monolog tentang descriptive 2. Siswa diberikan ulasan materi tentang descriptive teks. 3. Siswa bertanya jawab tentang kata-kata sulit dalam teks 4. Siswa menganalisa part of the generic structure dari teks 5. Siswa mengenali ciri kebahasaan dari teks Elaborasi 1. Siswa menjawab pertanyaan berdasarkan teks. 2. Siswa bersama guru menganalisis jawaban yang tepat 3. Siswa menjawab bersama – sama games yang diberikan guru. Konfirmasi 1. Guru memberikan umpan balik positif dan penguatan dalam bentuk lisan, tulisan 2. Memberikan konfirmasi terhadap hasil eksplorasi dan elaborasi siswa 3. Guru memberi penilaian terhadap hasil kerja siswa. 4. Guru bertanya jawab tentang hal-hal yang belum diketahui siswa C. Kegiatan Penutup 1. Guru bersama-sama dengan peserta didik dan/atau sendiri membuat rangkuman/simpulan pelajaran. 2. Guru menyampaikan rencana pembelajaran pada pertemuan berikutnya. 6.
