The navigation bar or button give the visitor a clue as to where they are, what page of the site they are currently on. The hierarchy of information is perfectly clear. Text is big enough to read, but not too big. Graphics and backgrounds use safe colors. Page download quickly. Consistency from page to page every web page in the site looks like it belongs to the same site.
